To compare The Charge of the Light Brigade with The Destruction of Essa
To look at The Charge of the Light Brigade with The Destruction of Sennacherib In this paper we will be contrasting two war sonnets. They are ââ¬ËThe Charge of the Light Brigadeââ¬â¢ by Alfred, Lord Tennyson (1809-1892) what's more, ââ¬ËThe Destruction of Sennacheribââ¬â¢ by Lord Byron (1788-1824). ââ¬ËThe Charge of the Light Brigadeââ¬â¢ is set in the Crimean war. It is about the British rangers misunderstanding the requests and going straight at the enemyââ¬â¢s guns. ââ¬ËThe Destruction of Sennacheribââ¬â¢ is a scriptural story. The story enlightens us regarding an entire armed force being cleared out truly rapidly as they rested by the ââ¬ËAngel of Deathââ¬â¢. The principal sonnet we are going to take a gander at is ââ¬ËThe Charge of the Light Brigadeââ¬â¢ by Alfred, Lord Tennyson (1809-1892).
